Project overview
Edumatch wants to bring schools and teachers closer together through a digital platform that goes further than a classic job board. The teacher shortage means schools often struggle to find suitable profiles, while teachers are looking for assignments that genuinely fit their expertise, region and availability. The brief was a proof of concept demonstrating how automatic matching between the two sides would work.

- Three user roles: teachers, schools and admin, each with their own environment

- Vacancy management for schools, with publication, follow-up and a view of candidates

Results
The proof of concept is live and demonstrates how the automatic matching model works between schools and teachers, and what it adds. The platform is a solid technical base to build on, and confirms the potential of a focused digital approach to the challenges in education.
