Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have the consent of their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect our forms against automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile runs a security check in the background and processes only the data strictly necessary to determine whether you are a human. It does not read what you enter in the form. Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing, to object to the processing of your personal data by XVE.Agency BV, and you have the right to data portability.

This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you to you or to another organisation of your choice in a computer file.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to [email protected].

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. Please blank out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and national identification number in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and within four weeks.
