Project overview
Fakkeltheater is a cultural institution in the heart of Antwerp, staging more than 500 performances a year for over 75,000 visitors. Ticket sales run through ActiveTickets, which used to be embedded in the website inside an iframe. That setup made for a clunky experience and visitors abandoned the booking process. The brief was to integrate the ticket data properly into WordPress, with freedom over layout and placement, and a smooth handover to the ActiveTickets checkout.
