Project Overview
Fakkeltheater is a cultural institution in the heart of Antwerp, with more than 500 performances per year and over 75,000 visitors annually. Ticket sales take place via ActiveTickets, which was previously embedded in an iframe on the website. This setup resulted in a clunky user experience where visitors dropped out during the ordering process. The request was to fully integrate ticket data in WordPress, with freedom in formatting and placement, and a smooth flow to the ActiveTickets checkout.
